Established in 1968, the Avenue Medical Centre (AMC) has grown to become the largest multi-speciality medical centre in Brantford. We have accomplished this through a progressive vision for the future, while maintaining flexibility for our physicians and dedicating ourselves to exceptional patient care.

The facility has been improved continuously and offers a pharmacy, laboratory, radiology department and dentist on site. As well, AMC has installed an integrated computer network throughout the building and has provided a state of the art medical practice management software program.

We encourage you to see your own physician whenever possible, but should your own physician not be available, other arrangements can be made for your care. The physicians at Avenue Medical Centre are dedicated to finding the best solution to your health care problems.
